I started with 75% regular coffee and 25% decaf for a week, then did 50/50 for a week then 75% decaf and 25% regular. Now I drink decaf if I drink it. I usually live on hot tea with splenda and a splash of lowfat creamer. ~Mandy

Folgers has a new low acid coffee out and it is pretty good, that is what i just switched to. I am a huge Starbucks fan so it was hard but it is better than nothing. I am down to 1 cup
