Hi,I am on my pre op medifast 5 and 1 diet. Does
anyone have any ideas for the lean and green meal
I get each day. I need some new ideas so I don't get so bored with

I was able to eat the frozen meals no pasta or starch just meat and vegs for dinner only. Good luck it will be over soon!

I am on the same plan - I actually started 1 week early because I had 'last super' kind of week last week and felt like cr*p. I have been having the salad greens and grilled chicken with ff Catalina dressing for lunch b/c I need more food during the day.
As for the Tomato soup and chick. noodle soup I added beef broth granules to the tomato soup and chicken broth granules to the chicken noodle soup.
Then I add various SF syrups to the shakes to get different flavors.
Hope that helps.
