Talking I don't want to know how much I've lost

because I don't want to stress myself on how much I've lost or not lost. I will be leaving it up to the doctor to determine what my needs are based on the information I give him; i.e., fills, etc. Does anyone else feel that way?

Quite a few people on here feel the same way, I've noticed. I know the feeling! Right now I'm not weighing myself because i haven't even had my first fill yet, so I don't want to put myself through the ups and downs. Once I have my fill I will probably start weighing myself more often, as seeing the scale move down really motivates me to keep up the exercise and hard work. You're not alone though! Do what works best for you :)

I find that if I don't weigh every day I can make more excuses about eating the wrong things. I weigh religiously every morning and watch the 10ths of a pound on my digial scale. Everyone is different, but NOT having a scale or being aware was what got me into this pickle to begin with.
