Kat, what a wonderful post! I have a food saver, and will definitely be using it! AND I honestly never thought about the bacteria on my eating utensils contaminating my food before I ever bring it home.... Great ideas, thanks!
Cascadian, congratulations on getting the courage to take the next step. The next month will be gone before you know it. I kept meaning to go get my supplies and get them lined up, and ended up scrambling around the day before surgery!! LOL!
