Hi!! Has anyone ever had to go through the six month diet program called "Healthy Roads" before they were accepted by Ins? I am told that I have to go through this step and I am wondering what the program is like?

I had to do a 6 month diet regulated and monitored by my family doctor. It could be any diet program I wished. I would try and do really well then boom start eating again over and over again. Of course thats my life story diet eat diet eat.
