Dry Mouth

Anyone have problems with excessively dry mouth, even with lots and lots of water drinking? I am two weeks post-op and all else is absolutely going great, not sick or nauseated, not throwing up or feeling uncomfortable, and not even feeling hungry. My mouth is just so darn dry!!!!

Would love your thoughts on this!

Tx!

I've definitely heard of dry-mouth right after surgery, but not starting two weeks post-op. Has it gotten any better?

I am about three weeks post op and I am still having the same problem. Maybe I dont drink enough water (I am pretty sure I do) but I am always very very thirsty. Maybe its sugar withdrawal! Other than that I feel great! Glad to hear I am not the only one!

I can join the dry mouth group also! It's been 2 weeks since my surgery and I still need to constantly sip water. Not a bad thing though as we need to stay hydrated and it does help with the weight loss.
