Blood sugar

I hope someone can help me figure out why my blood sugar is still in the lower 300s. I don't feel like it is high but when i take it it is. I am taking my glucophage liquid and advandia. I have lost 30 lbs. since being banded. I go for my 5 week checkup to see if i need a fill on Monday. I just want to take my sugar in the morning and it be in the 100's. :help:
Also how do I change my ticker!!!!

Your blood sugar could be high if you have any infection. Do your incisions look ok? Any fever? Also make sure your machine is ok, no low batteries, and your hands are freshly washed and dried. I know even certain soaps/lotions can make a false high reading on the meter. I would also make sure you not consuming some hidden sugar or carbs. I would go a whole day with no carbs and see what your readings are. Also if you switched from pills to liquid make sure you are getting the right dose. And most importantly exercise-- everyday!

better advise your surgeon!!! Is there sugar in your urine too?

First, eliminate any possibility of your meter/strips being haywire. Have them run an A1c along with your other profile lab work. Tell us what you find out???

I second what they said, and about the ticker, just click on it and you'll go to tickerfactory and be able to change it.
