Anyone able to eat cheese

I used to love cheese. Its a good source of protein that is especially important to us banders. On my list from the nutritionist is skim mozzarella string cheese. To me it would seem too chewy and not easy to breakdown to the mushy stage needed so it doesn't get stuck so I am a little afraid to try it.

Any advice? :hungry:

1% cheese

Cabot cheese makes a 75% fat free cheese made with 1% milk. It's really good. :nervous

My absolute favourite lunch is a few crackers, a few pieces of a good brie, some chilli jam, and a sliced apple. Yummmmm.

Cheese and crackers as a combo for me is a "careful" food, it can block up quickly. But cheese on its own, I avoid or I'd eat a whole wheel of it! Its easy for me to eat.
