I just made an amazing smoothie that tastes like a dessert! I think it had a total of 50 calories:
4 frozen strawberries (since fresh ones are out of season, plus it gives the icy effect without watering it down) 2 peach slices (canned peach slices in syrup sweetned with Splenda.) add a dash of juices from the peaches, and 1-2 packets of Splenda. Blend until smooth. Yummy
I am not able to eat very much right now, so you could use more strawberries / peaches. It can be eaten with a spoon as a cold soup or add protein powder and make it a smoothie!!!
