| Lazy Lunch This past weekend I had to improvise. I'm doing low-carb right now and didn't have a whole lot of that in the house, so I scrounged through me and DH's foods to find something to make.
Salami (sliced) about 2oz and cooked in the microwave for about 15 seconds...chop it up.. then I scattered bleu cheese crumbles on it and put about 1tsp of bleu cheese dressing on it and stirred. Was a nice lazy lunch!
