Ahhh - it's one of the slimfast scoops. I was trying too hard to be artsy that I didn't make it to scale. :) Also, make sure you blend it super well - we're talking no chunks here! And feel free to add more ice - up to 2.5 cups. It's soooooo goooood!!!!

Adding 1/4c of really strong black coffee or expresso makes those even better hehe.
