Breakfast b4 10 a.m.

Early morning nuitrition is a challenge. I got to thinking that chips always go down any time of day, why not dry cereal.

Granted, not all cereal is crunchy enough, but I feel almost "normal" drinking my skim milk first and then munching the cereal dry. Cereal is measured into a baggie that is easily portable.

Skim milk - 9 grams protein per cup
Curves Honey Oat - 4 grams protein per cup

Pinky, I cannot find milk (skim) that has that much protein. What kind and where did you find it?
Thanks!

Borden, Schepp's, Horizon Organic even Carnation powered skim milk has 9 grams protein per 8 oz serving.

I've toyed with the idea of adding powdered skim milk to my Organic. I'm not big on protein powders - too clumpy.
