sounds very yummy but I was told I shouldn't use a straw after being banded. The nutrionist said it allows too much air to get into your smaller tummy.
Anyone have trouble with that?

I understood the same thing about the straw, however it's probably good with a spoon too :)

City: Scottsdale State: Arizona | Interesting about the straw...my doctor gave me one in the hospital and said "get used to it, your meals will have to go through a straw for the next few weeks!!" I haven't had any issues with it.

Anyone have trouble with that? | My doctor didnt allow straws only for the first 6 weeks after surgery. I now use them everyday without problems. This shake sounds fantastic!

That sounds soooo good! I just made a breakfast smoothie/protein shake with a banana and a spoonful of peanut butter and it's rather tasty as well. I could only find the unflavored whey protein powder in the smaller canisters. The chocolate flavor came in the big VAT.

My doc. sent me home with this protein shake idea! I use it almost everyday. I like to use vanilla protein with it too.
