The best protein shake ever!!!

Hello everyone!!!! I just wanted to share my awesome recipe for a protein shake. It is best used for the liquid stage or pureed stage!!

1 cup 1% milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
6 ice cubes

Blend and drink with a straw!!! It tastes just like a reeces peanut butter cup!!!!

Enjoy everyone!!!

sounds very yummy but I was told I shouldn't use a straw after being banded. The nutrionist said it allows too much air to get into your smaller tummy.

Anyone have trouble with that?

I understood the same thing about the straw, however it's probably good with a spoon too :)

Interesting about the straw...my doctor gave me one in the hospital and said "get used to it, your meals will have to go through a straw for the next few weeks!!" I haven't had any issues with it.
