Red face Taekwondo ATA

I joined a local ATA (karate) school about a month ago -

it is GREAT - they have 45 minute work-outs several times a week - and then a FITNESS class on Saturday mornings....they push you hard - but understand that everyone has limits.

Do a Google search for ATA + your town and see what comes up....

I have lost 1 dress size in a month -- hoping to lose another size by Christmas...........

Re: Taekwondo ATA

I have been a part of the ATA and yes it is very good. Also I have been part of USTA united states Taekwondo Assoc and they focus more on the sport and not the endurance. Both are great and you will lose weight. I was at my best shape when I was involved with them. USTA is more for the person wanting to learn how to break bones, at least that was my experience. I personally like the USTA more.
