discouraged

i got banded 7/26/07 start weight 238 lbs. now only 206 lbs. i thought it would happen faster i go to kickboxing 4-5 times a week i follow weight watchers get lots of water and protein is this normal in 5 months to only lose 32 lbs or am i just rushing things ???? ( i have gotten 2 fills ):wacko:
