I recently bought a book called Maran Illustrated Weight Training and I'm loving it. It has COLOR pictures of the Start, Finish position of different exercises and a picture of what NOT to do wrong. Demonstrates the kind of equipment used to do different exercises. Anyway, in the back of the book, they have sample workout routines so I have made me some forms up by typing things into MS Word documents and I thought I'd share these if anyone could use them. I'm planning to take them to something like a FedEx Kinkos and get a 30 or 60 page (copies) printed and bound into a loose spiral type booklet that I can use to write in.
Get moving in 2009 is my goal!

Reason: Another thing I like about the book - its real people not super buff model-types in the pictures!
