State: Georgia | Guess what? I went ahead and started tonight. It was harder than I thought. I have been going 45 min on my elliptical at least 4 times per week and this was harder and took less time.
The only problem I can say I think I will have is that I have had surgery on my foot, they cut the bottom of my foot from the end of my heel for 4 inches, right up the middle, and I know I have scar tissue and have pain. But I plan to just run through the pain and do this. I have always wanted to be a runner! I want the runner body.

State: Texas | Question about Pace/Speed ? Just finished my run for the night. I have one more to do for week One since i was a loser the first week LOL then I'll start week 2 on Tuesday . To get me back on track.
I have a question for ya'll ? What pace/speed do you have your treadmill set at when your walking and what do you have it at when your running ?
I set mine at 2.7 or 3 for walking and 3.5 for running . Is that ok to start with or do i need to go higher ?
Daddy you are the experienced one whatcha think ? ?
