Cardio and Strength

Will it hurt to do cardio and strength on alternating days? I was thinking of doing my bowflex on M W F and on Tues and Thursday my cardio. Will it hurt to do them on seperate days than to split them 30 cardio and 30 strength on the same day? I seem to stick better with it if I concentrate on strength only one day and the next cardio only. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

From what my hubby tells me it is better to have cardio majority of the week and then do strength on opposite days. You can do cardio and strength on the same day just make sure you have 24 - 48 hours inbetween strength sessions for healing.
