I've seen that picture so many times and yet I still have a hard time believing someone would do that to themselves. Wonder what he/she looked like before all that extra garb.

I'm all for tats and piercings. I've had my share of piercings, and while I don't have my own tat... well, I can refer to my "Prince Albert" thread if anyone hasn't had their daily dose of cringing.
But there are also a few things in life I really enjoy. I enjoy it when someone can differentiate my gender. Call me silly, but all those times of being MO and called "sir" got to me. For that matter, so did the times of being out somewhere shopping, and having someone say, "Excuse me sir, do you have this in a different color?" I don't think I look particularly sir-like... yet I digress.
I enjoy having my stomach weigh more than my face. I enjoy hacing it be my jewelry that sets off the metal detector and not my septum. :)

I find this totally disgusting...my thought was that there is an STD on it's face....puke...

Where is this kid going to find work??? Even at a piercing parlor I think it would run business away! Rebellious looks should be able to be washed off! If he/she ever decides to go normal what will that poor skin look like.......

| I would imagine that he couldn't say anything because he would be laughing on the ground hysterically! :)
NOW jus think if this person ever needs say an MRI or an xray in an emergency! He might die before they get them all off! AND who would be the unlucky person to do it??? yucky....

Uh yeah...Once that guy has gone flying into the MRI machine one good time, he'll rethink that whole design.
OT but sorta still on, I work in a pediatric ICU and we had to take a kid to MRI one night. The techs asked if any of us had any metal implants and I mentioned my band had a tiny amount of titanium. The tech said that it should be fine but that I should be aware of how I'm feeling and that if I felt like my insides were rearranging at all, I should step out immediately. Needless to say, I was a tad nervous but didn't have any issues.
