Trust me,
Before I posted this I checked over 15 of them out and they're correct.

Just some insight, this is not to start a war and you people know who I am talking about, just some info.

Some of these I find fairly suspect. Others, I don't see the problem with. My case in point, what's wrong with these quotes?

Colin Powell and John Mc Cain would have to be my choice. I just wouldn't a potty mouty for my President that's all. If you would take the time to check these out they're very accurate. I wasn't trying to start anything. I've been on this board a long time and I know how some people just love to start agurments over stuff. I was just researching and found this, that is all, that is it. It someone has some things from John McCain or Colin Powell, I'm very openminded and would love to research those as well. My Brotherinlaw is Congressman Linday Casbier, and he sends me lots of things to research that are accurate.

I did take the time to research. The problem with just listing quotes is that they are often taken out of context. I took the liberty of looking this up on Snopes, and they found the sources of each quotes, many of which were from "unnamed sources" or "certain people with such and such experience" that were cited in books. In several cases, the authors of the original sources don't directly identify the source that provided the quote, but rather just listed several converations or sources, which (IMO) would make it difficult to find out if they were actually true quotes.

I'm by far NO Hilary fan...but I find a lot of these so call quotes highly suspect. This woman is a smart cookie. She stayed with a husband that any other self respecting woman would have kicked to the curb decades ago because she knew he was her spring board to running with the big dogs.

I have a lot of trouble believing she was spouting off most of that alledged vulgarity. I'm sure she loses her temper from time to time. She is a human after all and she is under a lot of stress too.

Again, I wouldn't vote for her if a gun was held to my head, I don't believe in her brand of politics...but she is a professional and I doubt she would spew off as this article would have us believe. JMHO

I do have to ask what the hell you expected when you posted this "article," then. Did you just expect people to read it and say, "Wow, I didn't know that, guess I won't vote for her after all"? When you post something that is politically charged, expect to be challenged. Otherwise, why post it?

To be honest, it really amazes me when people post in the "Rants and Raves" forum, and then act surprised when people actually rant and rave. It comes across as very disingenuous.

I don't see how any of the replies thus far, to THIS thread, have been rediculous. You are a Baptist and most likely defend Christ to anyone that tries to slur his reputation...why would you expect any less of Hilary supporters?

Don't take it so personally when people don't agree with you. It's such a waste to feel negatively towards people that you view as "rediculous". As a Baptist you're taught to pray for your enemies and love your enemies. You're also taught to "not cast your pearls before swine". If you know you're going to be ranted against and it's going to affect you this way, don't post this kind of thread.

I'm not blasting you...just remember this is the "rant" section of the thread and don't let differing opinions upset you so much. :)

Well, I've been on here a long time and I hate it when some people get on here who are new, probably couple of months, usually not even banded, and been able to vote maybe 3 of 4 years if they're lucky and act like they know the difference between Dems and Rebuplicans. I won't wast e my time with you. You just LOVE arguments and I just don't have the time. So, when you grow up, learn some things, get banded, give me a yell until then leave me the hell alone. I won't be back to this immature, uninvolved, worthless, uninspring, useless thread.

Aw com'on. Surely you can't believe that people would let you run a list like that insulting another woman without some of us taking umbrage, do you? I'm not a huge Hillary Clinton fan, but there's no way that all this stuff was really said by her. This stuff has come up many times before and it is just not believable. It is typical Nixonian dirty tricks at play.

People are totally ridiculous, you're right. You make me want to vote for the woman. She's put up with a whole lot of this bullshit (since you're fond of the word) from other women over the years and she deserves better. Anyone who has been as effective as she has in Congress deserves more respect than this. The people from N.Y. re-elected her by a wide margin.

This is just like what they did to her husband, focusing on smut because they didn't like his politics. It makes you people look really bad.

I'm neither a Republican nor a Democrat and I am still doing my homework on the various candidates, but if these are accurate, the thing I find more disturbing than the language is the attitude toward the targets of the alleged comments -- the very disrespectful treatment of the secret service agents and state troopers.
It reminded me of the she held a flight on the tarmack because she was getting a trim when she was first lady. Anybody else remember that one?

It has a Leona Helmsley-esque feel to it. That bothers me far more than the f-words. In fact, I suspect that the language itself is not uncommon among many of the male candidates, too. To me, it is the attitudes that are much more dangerous than the words.

Well, I hardly see how being new to the LBT board and not being banded yet has squat to do with your original post.

You really shouldn't start something if you're just gonna hold your breath, stomp your feet, throw a fit, and then run.
