What's a reasonable cost for a Psych Eval?

My doctor gave me a list of numbers to call. The first one charged $300 for a two hour appointment. The second, and the one I picked, charged $100 for a one hour appointment.

I here in maryland I pay 150.00.

I paid $350 for the Psych and $93 for the nutritionist/dietician. My insurance is UHC Choice Plus PPO (they did not cover either).

Wow! I paid $160.00 & thought that was a lot. She didn't accept insurance for the initial visit. Only if I decided to go back. I live in NY one hour from downtown Manhattan. An exspensive part of NY. Some of the prices you guys are paying is off the charts!
