Walter & Kelley Lindstrom accepted my Case!!!!!

I'm so excited! I just got an acceptance email! I'm now represented by the Obesity Lawyers! ALSO!!! INAMED has an appeal program where if they feel you have a good case for appeal against insurance denial then they will cover the lawyer fees!!!

I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!

Cigna will PAY!

They are the best, I had to fight for my approval and Kelly was honest with me and refused my money. She told me that my insurance company was very hard to beat and that they only took cases that they had a good chance of winning. She hated to tell me that I was pretty much fighting a losing battle. She said that they didn't take cases that would be next to impossible to win for concious reasons. She said that they both had to face themselves in the mirror everyday. I was amazed that they turned down my offer to mail them a check for their fees. They were honest and Kelly called to check back with me several weeks later and I had been approved. She was so exicted. They are great, and I am done rambling now, Mandy

I have been working with Kelley and Walter for the last two weeks. They are just wonderful people. They sent the most amazing appeal letter to my insurance company as well as the NY State external appeal board. The letter was 18 pages long and written so well. I would be completely shocked if I don't get approved this time around. My surgery is scheduled for Sept. 5th. I should know by then. Either way, I'm having the surgery. Whether I have to self pay or have it covered by insurance. This is my last shot so I wanted to make it count.

You will love Kelley. She is honest, upfront, and very quick to get back to you. I should find out within two weeks or so if I got approved. I wish you all the luck. You will love working with them.
