SisterMadly In Love with a Bandster Thread Starter Join Date: Jul 2003 Posts: 15 State: CA	Walgreens Health Net - Northern California Anyone have the same insurance? Email me! My hubby's first consult is 8-12-03. So far we have had to pay for the nutritionist eval and psych eval out of pocket. Bummer. I will update all insurance information as we get it.
