Bino Registered User Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 23 State: NJ	Qualcare in NJ Anybody have to deal with Qualcare insurance? They told me that they cover 100% but only if deemed medically necessary. Just wondering how tough they are on that. :confused2: __________________ Consultation - 7/14/08 PC visit - 7/22/08 Nutritionist - 8/5/08 Psyche Eval. - 8/19/08 Surgery - ???
