how long does approval take?!!?

hey i've been waiting 2 weeks for approval. how long does it usually take. i have the empire plan NOT blue shield blue cross. does anyone have it? i appreciate your answers in advance! thanks!!!!!!!!!

I have Cigna PPO. It took me 30 days.

I went to my first siminar 11/06 and FINALLY had surgery 1/08. This included my 6 month diet. It was a long wait for me. Glad I stuck it out!
