My question is have you had surgery at Condell Hospital in Vernon Hills Il? If you have did you have to pay your deductiable upfront? __________________ Approved June 9th 8:22am!!!! Surgery Scheduled July 15th!!!! Total lbs to date 63.8lbs!! 1 1/2cc today in a 10cc band Woo Hoo....
