Has anyone had Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina approve their claim? Gastric Bypass is covered and when I called insurance co I was told it may be covered, but Weight Loss Surgeon says they do not pay for LAP-BAND®. Surgery is scheduled for April 21st and I will be self pay but hoping for a last minute coverage miracle...lol.
