If I'm not mistaken it's called Beverly Hills Physicans Group....I actually got their name off of Tyra Banks website one time for something else....If I get an email from them again I will post the correct name...But, I do believe its Beverly Hills Physicans Group.....Now, this was a few years ago when I was quoted the price so I'm not sure if it has changed since then.
