How easy is it to stretch your pouch?

I am currently a month out and don't have much restrication at this time. Sometimes I feel I may be eating more than I should although I don't eat anywhere near what I did pre-band. I should be getting my first fill within the next week thankful. I am curious how easy it is to stretch your pouch and if there are any signs to tell if you have?

Thanks

You most likely did not stretch your pouch. You just dont' have any restricition. Most people do not feel like they have any restriction until the first fill or beyond. You might feel some restriction after the first fill...or you might not. THis is just how the band works...sometimes it seems like an incredibly slow process!

Wow, your weight loss is fantastic. I am a size 24 now and hopefully having surgery next March. I have to wait due to insurance issues. You give me hope :)

Thank you. Believe me...it is a lot of hard work. And work that I am still doing. But it can be done and with determination, hard work, and the great family that I have here at LBT, I am very proud of myself and very excited about the weight loss. Good luck with the insurance thing. I was a self pay, so while I didn't have to jump through insurance hoops, I make a 700$ monthly payment for the next 2 years. I already have paid 1 year!

I would assume it would be because of my incredible muscle tone. The same volume of muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat. I have a low body fat percentage from all the running I do. I run 30+ miles per week and am training for a half marathon. If you go to my blog (addy in my signature) you can see me in my size 4 pants.
