I help co-ordinate a support group in the North West region.
We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm
We alternate the venues between Ashton-Under Lyne and Bolton. Both very easy to get to as they are both just off the M60.

We are a very friendly bunch and everyone is welcome. We have members from pre-oppers to very inspirational members at their goal weight. We would love to see you
