Hello there! I am not banded yet... I am going to a seminar on April 25th.
I am married to a Peruvian, but I am getting banded in the states. He tried to talk me into going to Peru to get banded, but I am a little nervous about that. Where did you have yours done?

I live on a Caribbean Island and am looking at getting banded in Dominica Republic.
Does anyone know of Dr Luis A Betances?
