Banded in Germany?

Has anyone been banded in Germany? I may have to self pay if the military doesn't cover my band. I wanted to prevent having to fly back to the States or to Mexico so I wanted to check out docs and prices in Germany.

Send me some feedback. I'm in Wiesbaden near Frankfurt.
