What i did was poured a couple teaspoons in a big juice container, so that way when i drink the juice there is already fibre in it. Not that it's hard to add it as you go, but...thats what i do.
Yeah, I was a little mortified, but grateful that it was not the band.
Back to suctomer service at TLBC - I called Kathy this morning (cause I had her extenstion handy and not Daryl's) and I wnted to ask about laxatives. About an hour later Daryl called me back, Kathy gave her the message and she also spoke to Jill before she called me. Jill said that if you are having alot of protein and not enough water, this could be the result. I have been adding protein to everything and because I was so busy this weekend, I did not drink as much water as I usually do. That combined with just starting back on solids - probably worked to make this occur. Anyways, another good incident of customer service from TLBC.

HI: Thought I would let everyone know that TLBC conducted its first teleconferencing support meeting for those banders unable to attend in person at the clinic. Although we had a few growing pains and there was just a few of us, it was very enjoyable. I came away with a feeling of belonging and that there was support after the band. Hope more of the TLBC banders take part next month.
