Meditrim anyone?

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Meditrim shakes? I can't stand the optifast shakes or soups. Don't mind the Tony Ferguson but am finding that they are now giving me the runs. I don't want to buy more shakes that are unpalatable. Has anyone tried them yet?

Cheers

Hi,

I have completed three weeks of MediTrim in last November 07. Found it to be very successful. Lost almost 6 kilos in that time. Was extremely happy with the out come. Finally! I could tuck myself in.

I really needed to do something about loosing the weight as I’m in my mid forties, and I started to thicken up around the belly.

I all so had a college who was on the program, and she was using a blender to mix the shakes. So I thought I give it a try with the Bar Mix, I let it go for a good 50 seconds. The shake came out very fluffy, taste light a choc malted milk shake. Very pleasant in taste. I tried the Cafe Latte as well but stuck to Choc Choc Banana as flavors. I was in luck as they went down with no bad taste or after taste.

This has been the most intelligent program or diet I have ever tried.
I have just started drink them again, just for the supplements, one a day, and incorporate the foods on the program from Monday to Friday, and pretty much eat what I want on the weekend.

For anyone out there that’s quite frustrated with loosing weight. This program is very good. These don’t taste bad at all.

Remember just stick to the program, and success will follow...
