Initially I didn't eat breakfast. But then I got wise. And don't take this the wrong way, it's just the way it was for me! I spoke with my nutritionist who told me that an Up-and-Go and yoghurt for breakfast was not ideal (slips through). I needed something a little more solid to satisfy my hunger. I started small and soft, and then gradually built up so that now I have either porridge with a banana or cottage cheese and mango. I can eat a horse at breaky now and it certainly satisfies me for the morning.

I am not sure if this would suit everyone but I eat breaky at work, but as soon as I have finished in the shower I make myself a hot drink. This helps in that I can then stomach a breakfast about 1 hour later.

Take it slowly. I have had 3 fills and due another in 4 days and I may not be able to have breakfast for some weeks. But when my body adjusts to the new fill, I am hoping that I will be able to have a reduced breakfast.

Hugs all
