Hey, I finally got up the nerve to publish an article on the LapBandTalk magazine! I can't decide if I'm happy or scared. Heh heh.

Thanks! I've been thinking of writing one for a while. I write all this stuff on message boards and then it's gone .... articles are more permanent.

If I could find my old post about Realize vs. Lap Band AP, then maybe I'll turn that into an article too.
