I could be an airplane....

I am scared to go out in the wind for fear I will take off!!!
I started Delarla's challenge and have been doing really well but now my arms have gone from big and firm to way, way flabby. They hang down really bad now...looks like I am 80....yuk. I have been doing all of my exercise on the treadmill but was wondering if lifting weights would help this flappy airplane wing look I have going on. And if so what type of arm exercises do you recommend? Is anyone else seeing this happen to them?

HELP!!!!

I'm convinced if I could coordinate the efforts between my arms and my thighs I could fly! Not a good one to ask. I'm wondering the same thing.

Oh boy do I have bat wings. Some times I hear applause, I turn around and no one's there.

I've gone up and down so much with my weight that I don't believe there's any help for me but I do know that it can take a few years for the skin to snap back...so keep up with the exercise and see.

There's got to be some websites for bat wing exercise... I'll check into it later.

I have them too. & mine have also gotten worse since the challenge. Seems like I found some exercises to combat flabby arms on the prevention.com website. Maybe it's the fast weight loss? I dunno, but it sucks!

I also wear long sleeve shirts but when summer hits I would like to be able to were short sleeve. Maybe by then I willbe close enough to goal to have surgery if that is what is needed. I am starting my arm exercises. I bought a pilate ball that has strap on elastic bands that you can use for resistance, I actually enjoy doing them...kind of relaxing. My son gets his huge beach ball and lays on the floor with me and tried to copy what I am doing..he is 22 months so it is cute watching him.
