I have reached 233.5 again and it is time to regain control of this. On my mark, get set, GO So what does everyone have on their agenda today? We have to go to the grocery store. Not fun but it has to be done...our cupboards are bare. Funny how blue bell just magically repleneshes itself in the freezer... I am out right now so I will get some SF blue bell at the store today. I will post later what I have eaten today to keep myself honest. Right now I am having coffee with equal and creamer. I plan to have oatmeal for breakfast... Have a fantastic day everyone!

State: Missouri | I was going to have a full day, and I still might. But for right now I have my feet up and enjoying a few minutes to myself. Hubby and I decided to not go to the gym today. Cutting grass for 5 hours will cause you to do that. I'll probably go take a walk later. We have our big walk tomorrow morning. So need to keep the legs loose. Thinking about having hubby take me out to lunch for some nachos with extra jalapenos. I haven't gone potty for about 5 days now and the jalapenos always open me up. Sorry about that ladies. Kat, you can always come here and get things off your chest. De-stress. Sometimes we need to do that so that we don't head to the cupboards. Everyone have a great day.

You guys are funny,
Kat - I almost fell off my chair reading that... but here is a funny story, remember that guy I was seeing in January (the beginning of my trying to leave kev)? Well I saw him yesterday and I was on my way tanning, so I forgot I took off my bra after the gym, I'm only going tanning and would have to take it off.. right??? well I had to run across the street to avoid getting hit by a car... He asked me to do it again..LOL
Tracy - hey sister, we can do this together, I'm here for you!
Suzanne - seriously, I am so sorry, I have the same problem, I use Miralax once a week, and sometimes put it in my morning coffee... well don't plan on leaving the house if you do that... but it works. I go days and it feels horrible!!!
ok off to the gym

State: Missouri | Just got my workout in. I was cleaning my room and changing the sheets on the bed when I decided that it was time to flip the mattress. Not just flip it but to switch boxsprings. Do you know how much a king size mattress weighs when it is just you moving it. Well, let me tell you. 2 tons, add that to the fact that the cat had to stand on it the whole time. Like I needed that extra help. Hubby came home and said I should have waited for him, lol. Uh huh.

State: New Mexico | Re: Home Thread...for the thread homeless :) | | We are planning a family wood cutting thing tomorrow. Not something I am really looking forward to, although I might appoint myself babysitter, and let the kids do all the work! I know my DH and I, we will work ourselves silly, and send the wood home with the kids, and still be hauling wood after the snow flies. Softball in an of itself is not stressfull. DH is playing on a mens league, DS is on the same team. So DIL and I are at the games together, THAT is my stress! Connor is 3 and friendly, and she lets him wander all over the place. This facility has 10 fields, and of them it is not unusual for 6-7 games to be going on. Now ANYONE who is looking for kids or gets off watching them could be lurking! Plus foul balls fly out often, he does not know what "HEADS" means yet! And the kicker----she lets him wander barefoot much of the time. Guys spit all over, there are sunflower shells everywhere, broken glass, etc. But she lets him go in shorts, and no shoes, yet it is COLD----it was a LATE game----and she has on a Carhart jacket! She lets Garrick come in his carseat, with a receiving blanket! No big blanket to cover him--and the wind has been up lately, and it has sprinkled or rained at the last 2 games. SHE stays warm, but does not MAKE Connor comply or seem worried that Garrick might get cold. So along with all my junk I carry-----a blanket to sit on, and one to cover with, and our water, and jackets---now I find myself lugging another bag full of things for the kids. I should not have to, but everyones comments don't seem to sink in. Frustrates me. Embarrasses me. Angers me. And it really Saddens me. I love her as a DIL most of the time. She is sweet, and I know without a doubt she loves those boys heart and soul. She just does not have a single solitary bit of common sense. Stayed home with Kinsey again today. Fine by me. I am iffy about whether my stomach is good or not. Things are rumbly in there.....feeling kinda queasy. My Mom just called and wants us to go to Chinese for lunch with her and Dad.....not sure I can handle it. Need to get myself dressed anyway, enough laziness!!! See ya in awhile!

Suzie-I could never flip a mattress by myself. Well, i could but wouldn't...lol What time is your walk tomorrow?
Kat-so tell us how you really feel about dil? LOL That has to be frustrating though! Chinese reminds me...I wanna go eat chinese before I get my fill again!
Jenn-i lol'd when you told your story about running across the street. Sounds like what one of the guys I used to work with would have said!
Relaxing evening tonight. Gonna chill at home, maybe get some stuff off my chest as far as dsd goes. It is eating away at me. DH is sad because his son told him he HAD to buy his stepdad a birthday card that says Dad. He is heart broken. Just lots of sadness going around. I need to have a reality check. Monday I go to my dr to get some antidepressants or something.
Have a great night ladies.

State: Missouri | A couple of weeks ago at Wal-Mart as I was checking out, they had on the shelf these little boxes of cake mixes. There was enough in the box to make 12 cupcakes. I thought how cute, I'll get a few boxes to keep around the house here for emergencies. So today I decided to make a batch for hubby's b-day tomorrow. I made tham and than got down a can of frosting to put on later tonight. I'm out in the kitchen doing dishes and when I get all done go to frost the cupcakes. I take the plastic lid off and someone had gotten into the frosting. I just want to know when they got into it. You can definately tell they used a spoon. Did they do it while I was at work? I need to know if it's still good. So I call my sister and she said it wasn't her because if she had done it, she would have taken the whole thing. LOL. She also would have told me and replaced it. I called my nephew at work and he can't remember if he did or not. He said it didn't sound like him but that he would have to look at it to tell. ?????. OK. Well, thank goodness I had another can. Cupcakes are done and ready for tomorrow. I would certainately hate to think I bought it that way. It's not hard and crusty, all clean and wet like fresh frosting. It will get pitched either way. I just want the nephew to look at it.

Good morning gals

Tracy, I never got into Dr. Oz when he was on oprah or anything but watched it the other day.... I loved him... Bob from the biggest looser was on and it was great... very motivational. Dr Phil has not been on here in ages...

have fun, going to get ready for a bday party

Stood for 1 hour. Walked the Fall Fest to the end. Ate 1 funnel cake. Walked back to the other end of the Fall Fest. Bought a bag of Kettle Korn and am now munching on a small bowl. Need to make a Meatloaf, mashec potatoes, gravy, biscuits and green beans. Cupcakes for dessert. That's my food porn for the day. Starting tomorrow morning, I am never eating again.
