ANYONE? Is there anyone up near Woodinville, WA?

I am looking for an activity buddy! Someone to walk, workout, get active...
I have had the band since December, but I am loosing really slow. About 25 lbs or so. I am having issues on knowing what to eat and when as well. If anyone has any suggestions on that would be great!!

Halo:help:

Hi Halo, I'm in Bellevue. Welcome to LBT. Check out the food forum, there are some great ideas there.

Who did your band, and what sort of support system do you have from your surgeon's office?

25 pounds since Dec would put you at just about one pound a week, so that isn't all that slow, you are on track for 50 pounds in a year! Excellent progress.

I Was Banded On Last Thursday. No, I'm Not Hungry, I'm Still Swollen And Can't Imagine Having Something Solid To Eat. But I Haven't Had Any Gas Pain Or Pain To Speak Of, Just A Little Sore Where The Port Is. The Smell Of Food On The Other Hand Is Just Heavenly Lol
