Dr. Ferrari, Houston Texas

Hey all. Has anyone heard of or had any experience with Dr. Ferrari. He is out of Memorial City Hospital off of I 10. I am trying to get away from the cattle call like system.
Is there someway to check out these doctors?

Answer

I used Dr. Ferrari in Houston and I was pleased with the experience but you deal more with the ladies in the office than you do with him. His fill hours aren't the most convenient and if you have the slightest problem it throws them out of wack.

I have a problem with fills because the needle "slips" off the port so they all have to be done under flouro. After 12-15 pokes (and me breaking down into tears) he'll always give me the referral (you have to have it done at the hosp because he doesn't have his own). Initially they were wanting me to pay an office visit fee but I loudly balked because its not my fault the port he put in me doesn't accept an office "blind" fill.

I'd give him a 85 out of a 100.
