Anyone been banded by these guys? I have a consult w/ them on 8-4-05.

2nd Fill: 12/1/05 +.8 cc's
3rd fill: 1/12/06 +.6 cc's
4th fill: 2/15/06 +.4 cc's
Unfill: 2/27/06 -.2cc's
5th fill: 8/22/06 +.3 cc's
Total fill so far: 3.5 cc's
Overall goal: 245/190/155
New mini-goals:
1.Lose 25 lbs and be within 10 lbs of goal by Christmas: 190/190/165
2. Work out 3x per week. Started on 8/7/06, so far so good!

I WAS!! Dr Cribbons is my Dr. He is GREAT!!! He is kinda shy so you need to start the talking with him. He is so sweet and very gentle!!
In fact I liked him so much that when my son had to have and emergency apendectomy I took him to the hospital where I knew Dr. Cribbons would be so he could do the surg.

i had my consult with him today and I really liked him ALOT but the cots is 17,700 - that is SO much more than everyplace else!

Do you have insurance that will help pay for this? I know that the hospital's cost for mine was 21,000. So if you are self pay you need to consider that part also....

I am scheduled this week for LAP-BAND^® surgery with Dr Hamn and I like him. Can some help me with how to post.

Can someone please provide with me some ideas of what you ate after your 3 days. What was the amount that you lost in your first 2 weeks. if it has been over 3 months how much are you eating 3-4 oz

Does anyone know if they do fills on people who were banded in Mexico?

Ok, I was banded by Jaysaleen in 1/06, lost 80 lbs; then the doctor overfilled me and i threw up for 24 hours, doctor was called but said to wait until the next day; ended up going back 2 times in 5 days to have a lot of saline released; since then switched doctors and have been filled 9.6 out of 10 and quess what, can eat everything and anything; does anyone else have this trouble, it's like the band doesn't work; need help have gained 30 lbs back. HELP

That same exact thing happened to me. I don't know what it is. I got overfilled. Got it emptied. I have gotten more fills then I care to talk about and NONE of them provide me with any restriction. This has happened over a 5 month period or so. I don't know if my port is messed up or what. I am lost. Gained 20 pounds.

I am new here and seen your post. So how is your weight loss coming now? what dr does your fill?
