Forest Grove is a little WEST of Portland and WEST of Hillsboro....it's out a bit towards the coast and there is a good sized regional air port there near west 182nd street....
They have an air show there every year, I can't call up the name of the place right now, the airport is just south of the 'Sunset Hwy' .....it's a home base for the regional hi-tech crowd....and a lot easier that landing at PDX about 20 miles east then driving....Look at the map, Forest Grove is about 20 miles west of Beaverton...and it has all become 'the jaws of hell' the last 10 years....lots of old orchards and farms paved under now....
Forest Grove is far enuff detached it still maintains a bit of 'out there' ruralish flavor...
