I have tried to call Dr. Schmit's office and cannot get thru to the Bariatric Coord. does anyone have any ideas on another doctor in Bismarck or who I should contact in his office?

When you call Mid Dakota Clinic ask for Dr Schmits receptionist and you should be able to scheldule a fill. You should also ask about costs as the initial visit is more than your scheduled fills after this. Since BC/BS has started covering this surgery, I am certain they have been very busy. I have not been in for a fill for months now because my last fill was adequate. I did not not have my surgery performed by Dr. Schmit, but I can tell you that he and his staff rock! I am fortunate that I live in the Bismarck area and that he is close by. Well, good luck and I hope this information will assist you getting through to someone there.
