Charlotte get together - sorry!!

Hey ladies,

I'm very very sorry that I missed the lunch on Dec 17th. We left Australia on Dec 13th. Spent one day in Tokyo, then were meant to spend two in LA. Due to the ice storm down here in South Carolina, we didn't get in til the morning of the 17th. Arrived to no power and no water (we have well water at my mom's) - after traveling all that way all we needed was a shower lol and couldn't have one! Our power didn't come back on until Dec 20th .. dsl connection just started working again today.

I really hate that I missed it. Was really looking forward to meeting you all :(

Hope your Christmas' were good though!

Bummer, what a start to a vacation! We were wondering where you were and I'm glad to hear all is well...now at least. Sorry about the power outage! Did you just go to a hotel room for a hot shower? Man, I woulda. That's rough. Enjoy your stay stateside! Let us know what you are up to while you are on this side of the earth!

Oh that is ok. We too would have loved to have met you but totally understand. I hope everything is better down south now. Maybe the next time you are we can meet up. We would love to meet you as well. You can check out our picturs on a thread here....so you will know who we are. We have taken one each month since we have started meeting well except for month we didn't get together.

Sorry We didn't get to meet you! That is terrible to get in and not have hot water to take a shower and no power. Please let us know when we can get up with you and meet you. Have a safe trip back to Austrailia. I would love to visit there one day.
