Well, I decided to make this tutorial because I know a lot of people have problems with it and sometimes they don't understand the text. It is easier to go by pictures sometimes! If you need any more help, PM me! Let me know if this helps...

340 highest / 210-ish lowest / 275-ish now / less
5'10" -- size 28/30 then, 18/20 now
