I'm happy, had to share. I've got my surgery date set for April 28th. I start 4 weeks of Optifast next Monday. I hope I drop 20 in those 4 weeks, but I won't hold my breath.

That is great - good for you!!! I have my medical evaluation followup and psych eval appts next week, I am hoping to have a surgery date for the beginning of May sometime. I get more nervous/excited everytime I get one of my appts out of the way!! Keep us posted with how the Optifast goes!
