Beantown Bandsters??

Hi there, I'm a 28-year-old female living and working in Boston and was banded just under two weeks ago. I would love to get to know some other local bandsters, share experiences, support eachother and maybe eventually meet up. Looking forward to hearing from you.

It's all so weird because on this day 100 yrs ago my abuelita(grandmother)was born and to be shall be an honor to have this date as my second birthday:happybday: ..

I am a 29 yr old female from Boston, I was banded on 4/11/06. My weight loss to date is 42pds and I just moved to sold food recently. Would love to share some thoughts and ideas with you.

Hi Rosa, I actually lost 20 before surgery, and 14 since surgery. 34 in two weeks would be delicious..but maybe a bit scarey :) Anyway good luck to you on your upcoming surgery date, keep us posted.

Felicia, congrats on the big loss, that is so great! I'm very jealous that you are on solids. I'm still on the liquid diet, until Thursday when I meet with my Doc and move on to mushies. mmmmm mushies :)
