Walk from Obesity DC MD VA
Walk Date: September 16, 2006

Walk Location: Fairfax, Virginia
The Walk begins at 8:00 a.m., at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital which is located at 3600 Joseph Siewick Drive in Fairfax (map). Walkers can choose between a distance of 3k or 5k.

Physician: Dr. Amir Moazzez

Event Leaders: Christine Tea, RN, MSN and Nancy Golden
Register to Walk Online with a Credit Card, or by Mail: Register using a credit card in our secure payment area, or mail in your registration (choose "Check/Money Order" on the Payment Information page).

$25 for registration and for mailing it in the postmark date is September 2.

We may be able to get TOPS to pay for a portion of our registration fee. I will check with the leader.
