Sneaker Info

Hello everyone!

I am in need of a good pair of sneakers. I am doing a lot of walking so I need some good shock absorbtion, but I dont want them to be really thick and cant bend.

Do you guys have any suggestions? Which brand do you perfer and how have they work for you? All comments are greatly appreciated!!

Nike Walking Shoes, take out the insert it comes with and buy the thicker one they sell in the shoes store... I think it is green.

NOT Sneakers- BUT, Dr Scholl's brand and the name is 'Dana.' They come in black or brown suede and sometimes in Wide and I love them for shopping or just anything.
I have not found any sneakers that feel right for everything. I adore them!
Not pretty but feel so great!

Final goal weight attained August, 2008 tummy tuck done June 26th, 2008.
121 pounds and feeling wonderful.
