Walking helps ALOT! Even if its just a short walk down the driveway or around the house. I had a lot of air rumbling around and that seemed to help a lot. It did take quite a few days for that to go away though, so be as patient as you can. Sometimes laying flat on your back with your knees bent up helps too. Hope this helps.
